1. Scope of application
This certification rule applies to photovoltaic systems, the input side of the DC voltage does not exceed 1500VDC, open circuit output voltage on the side of the AC circuit is not over
DC over 1000VAC—AC inverter, controller/inverter, and controller, including grid-connected and off-grid inverters.
2. Authentication mode
The authentication mode of inverters and controllers for photovoltaic power generation systems is: product type test + initial factory inspection + post-certification supervision.

3. Certification application
3.1
Authentication unit division
In principle, the product model (power capacity) applied by the manufacturer is used as the application unit, and one model is used as an authentication unit. When the applicant applies
The hardware and structural conditions of the requested product series are the same, but only the software control output is different, and confirmed by the testing and certification engineer, this series of products can be applied as a unit. When necessary, other manufacturers should provide samples and relevant information for the CQC to conduct a conformance check.

Apply for certification to submit information
3.2.1
Application information
a.Formal application (printing after the application is completed on the network or downloading a blank application)

a. Certificate of registration of applicant, manufacturer, and manufacturer as business license, organization code (at the time of first application)
b. When the applicant is a seller or importer, he must submit a copy of the relevant contract between the seller and the producer, importer and producer.

d. Valid supervision inspection report or factory inspection report (if any)

4. Time limit for certification
After the completion of the product type test and the factory inspection, the product certification certificate shall be issued within 30 days under the normal circumstances.
5. Termination of certification
When the type test fails or the factory inspection fails, the CQC makes a non-conformity decision and terminates the certification. If you want to continue applying for certification after terminating the certification, apply for certification again.
6. Review
The application for review shall be submitted 6 months before the expiration of the validity period, and the type test and factory inspection shall be conducted. The type test shall be sent by the applicant according to the requirements of the CQC, to carry out partial project inspections, and to carry out full project inspection when necessary. See Table 1 for the number of inspection factory inspection days.
7. Toll
Certification fees are charged according to relevant regulations of CQC.
