What is GEMS Certification

GEMS certification is a compulsory performance certification formally implemented by the governments of Australia and New Zealand on October 1, 2012, to replace MEPS certification. Certification process
The first is to select the product for testing. The criteria used for testing are consistent with the original MEPS certification. In general, any test report provided by an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory is accepted;
The second is to submit the test report and other data for GEMS registration. After the data review, the GEMS certification will be obtained. The new GEMS regulations mainly have new requirements for registration. Applicants cannot select a single state to register, but they can be unified to the Australian Superintendent to register. According to the product category, the registration period is 5 years.
