What is C-Tick certification
C-Tick is certified as an EMC certification program in Australia. Electronic and electrical products enter Australia. In addition to safety labels, they must also have the EMC mark, the C-Tick mark, in order to protect the resources of the radio communication band. Before applying for the C-Tick mark, Must be tested in accordance with the relevant CISPR standards, submitted by the Australian importer to endorse & submit a report, the Australian ACA accepted and issued the registration number.

C-Tick Process
1. The manufacturer or agent submits an initial oral or written application to the certification company.
2. The applicant fills in the application form, sends the application form, the product's instruction manual and technical documents to the certification company (and, if necessary, the applying company to provide a prototype).
3. The certification company prepares the plan and quotes.
4. The applicant confirms the quotation, signs back the quotation, and sends the samples and related technical documents to the certification company.
5. Applicants provide technical documentation.
6. The certification company issues a fee notification to the applicant and the applicant prepays the certification fee in accordance with the fee notification requirements.
7. Certification companies review technical documents and organize related certification activities.
8. If the technical documentation is incomplete or does not use the specified language, the certification company will notify the applicant to improve.
9. If the test fails, the certification company will promptly notify the applicant and decide whether to suspend the project according to the circumstances, allowing the applicant to improve the product. The applicant should make changes to the technical data in the original application in order to reflect the actual situation after the change.
10. On the rectification fees involved in the 9th and 10th clauses of this page, the certification company will issue a supplementary charge notification to the applicant.
11. Applicants are required to pay rectification fees in accordance with the supplementary charge notification requirements.
12. Certification companies provide test reports or technical documents to applicants.
13. The Australian importer endorsed & submitted a report to the Australian ACA for a registration number.
